Cash Flow Quadrant for Artists – Building wealth as a creative

One of my favorite books of all time is Rich Dad Poor Dad. Reading this one in my 20’s, which was a big contributing factor to investing in real estate at a young age, and will eventually be my retirement(since artists don't generally have pensions..)

The author of the book, Robert Kiosaki talks about a cash flow formula he uses. On the left side of the quadrant is an E and an S, which stand for employee and self employed. On the right side is a B and an I, which stand for Business and Investor. The key to long term success and abundant cash flow is focussing on the right side of the quadrant.

I’ll go through each of these as they apply to a creative person, and see how you can incorporate it into your own system.

Let's dive in..
